Misconception #1: The Process for Replacing Windows is Complicated
We try to make it really simple. You make an appointment. We send a professional expert on windows and doors to come to your house and fix it. They discuss with you what you're trying to accomplish. Once you sign a contract, we have a project manager come back to your house to take the exact measurements and get the scope of work.
Misconception #2: Consultation & Installation Lead Times are Long
Both have lead times. Once you've made a decision and signed your contract, there's a lead time. That is the time made for manufacturing, getting on our schedule, and getting our installers to come out and actually do the job. Usually, the first one is a few days. Typically, the lead time for installation is four to six weeks.
Misconception #3: There are No Tangible Benefits to Replacing Windows
Most people think about replacing their windows for energy efficiency, noise reduction, and beautification, but there are many other benefits.
Including security.

We're very careful with your home. We take down the blinds and put them back up. We do ask that you move some of your furniture out of the way, but we plastic everything off. It's very clean. Replacement windows were designed to remove the inconvenience of having to bust out your stucco, rip out your drywall, and treat it like a massive remodel.
